  • Our own fleet of vehicles equipped with tail lifts and protection systems for instruments, technical equipment, and sensitive materials. We operate vehicles of various sizes and load capacities, tailored to the specific requirements of each service.

  • Specialized orchestral setup services for concerts, rehearsals, festivals, auditoriums, and stage productions. Our team prepares the orchestra’s working environment with technical precision and musical sensitivity, including the placement of chairs and music stands, section layouts, stage risers, percussion setups, large-format instruments, and adaptation to each rider or stage plan.

  • A comprehensive service for planning, managing, and coordinating the technical resources required for concerts, festivals, and stage productions. This includes coordinating crews, schedules, technical riders, setup, sound, lighting, backline, venue access, and any project-specific requirements. We oversee and coordinate all technical aspects to ensure each production is delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with its artistic vision.

  • Councilior serves as the central coordination point connecting artistic direction, performers, technical teams, production staff, and venue operations. From this role, we oversee the running order, schedules, cue calls, stage access, configuration changes, interdepartmental communication, and the resolution of unforeseen issues during rehearsals and performances.
